호주관광청은 PR대행사, 소셜미디어대행사, 광고대행사를 별도로 운영하고 있어 보도자료 개발, 배포, 소셜 콘텐츠, Narratives writing이나 포스팅, 광고플랜, 집행 등은 모두 대행사에서 진행하고 있습니다. 한국사무소에서는 에이전시 담당자분들과 유기적으로 협업하고 양질의 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 함께 독려할 수 있는 분을 찾고 있습니다. 

호주관광청 본사 미디어팀과 유기적으로 커뮤니케이션 일할 수 있도록 영어 및 프리젠테이션 skill은 필수입니다.  진취적이고, 여행을 좋아하고, 1년에 4번 정도 호주로 미디어 기자 팸투어, 인플루언서, KOLs/방송팀/미디어 본사 미팅 참석 등으로 출장가는 데 어려움이 없는 분이어야 합니다.

This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of the South Korean Consumer Marketing Strategy that underpin our client Tourism Australia’s brand positioning, marketing, PR and social activities in South Korea. This includes effective and efficient B2C paid media, PR and social programs for South Korea.

Working in collaboration with the TA Global Consumer Marketing team and TA China Regional Marketing team, this role is also responsible for owning the go-to market strategy for the Tourism Australia brand and through strategic leadership of our media, PR and social agency partners in market, ensuring we achieve the correct reach and frequency with our target audience that supports achievement of our Consideration and Intent brand metrics that ultimately drives visitation, spend and market share growth from South Korea.

The Consumer Marketing Manager manages local marketing, PR and social budgets for the market, in collaboration with TA China Regional Marketing team and regional Finance team

As Tourism Australia is a multinational organisation, this role will require the incumbent to be flexible in the hours worked and travel representing our client TA at trade and government events.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

-Develop local consumer marketing, PR & social strategy for the South Korea, plans and tactics ensuring all activities are in line with the Annual Operating Plan

-Work daily with TA China Regional Marketing team to plan and execute activities and ensure alignment with overall TA strategy and objectives

-Lead the development of all consumer marketing programmes (advertising, promotions, events, online, direct response, content integration, PR, social media and advocacy) to ensure integration, fit with strategy and delivery to budget and timelines.

-Works with the broader team to develop partnerships plan and ensure that all commercial partnerships align to and integrate within the broader marketing and brand strategy for the South Korean market

-In conjunction with the media agency, identify strategic media partnerships to support achievement of global brand and local market objectives.

-Lead the development of effective media & PR strategies based on informed trends and media consumption behaviours that help achieve audience reach at both a local and locally geo targeted level.

-Manage local PR & social media agencies.

-Create and execute a local PR strategy and IMHP plan in conjunction with the Global PR team and local PR agency,

-Work with the Global social team and local social agency to create and execute a social media strategy and content plan

-In collaboration with the global digital and content team, localise and review translations of specific content

-Act as the local market consult with the Global Brand team on global brand development providing strategic input on market specific needs.

-Work with the STO teams to identify strategic alignment opportunities as it relates to consumer marketing initiatives, IMHP and content partnerships to drive increased partnership with the broader TA marketing programs in South Korea

-Monitor and report on effectiveness of activity versus Annual Operating Plan, ensure reporting and evaluation are timely and accurate, and that learning is fed into future planning.

-Provide input to regional reporting requirements in terms of trends, shifts and general activity in the markets.

-Represent the country at global marketing team meetings to input to planning of global campaigns.

-Manage agency contracts and relationships to ensure delivery of objectives on time and to plan and budget, including all associated documentation and reporting around this (e.g. Project Plans and Media Buying Authorities).

-Manage internal communications to ensure key stakeholders are fully updated on plans and results.

-Manage and monitor marketing budgets according to finance policy and audit requirements.

-On a regular basis provide insights on market development, initiatives and program.
